If a child left one primary to go to another primary are records held?

Records are supposed to be sent on to the new school. But they don't always arrive...

Depending on which type of school it is and where, their records are normally transferred electronically. If there are particular issues, needs etc we will also chat to the appropriate person in the new school.

DD2 has bad attendance record at 'new school', at old school she regularly achieved 100% percent attendance each term & actually got 100% for entire year and attended award ceremony. I just wanted to check who holds these records.

They will be held electronically if they have a registering system like SIMS. You can do a search by leaving student, enter date range and it comes up. You can ask for this to be printed out and posted to you.
