boys pe kit

hi

my son is in year 6 at primary school

in the indoor pe lessons the boys are asked to strip to the waist and do their pe lessons in white shorts only with no top. The girls for obvious reasons do their pe with a top

I know boys used to do pe years ago with no top but i thought this had died out.

Its not a problem and my son hasnt complained but i just wondered if it still happens in schools
