Lochinver house or radlett prep

We are currently deciding where to send or son. We have places at both schools and cannot decide which is the better school. Any experience of either and thoughts appreciated. Concerned that at the top end radlett prep does not prepare well for 11+ but if we send to Lochiver there are less places at 13+ in the schools we would consider. Very torn on which is a better school???

Radlett Prep is all about 11+, it's their raisin d'être and the results are very good. However, it's very old fashioned and needs some serious investment. I don't know much about Lochinver but Radlett prep didn't excite me when I looked around.
