free state schools that allow as level retakes

My daughter just got her results and she got c in biology,c in classics, a E in maths and a U in chemistry. She really wants to do biochemistry and her sixth form advised her to retake somewhere else as they do not allow it. Could ypu reccomend some schools in londoo she could talk to?

Does she know why she got a U in chemistry? I know that it's famously difficult- but then so is a2. Would he current school take her back to do something else?

She had a panic attack in her chem unit 2 exam which was 50% so she failed and her sixth form said she could do as again but continue to A2
