Ds is registered for 13+ entry to Reeds for September 2015. This means he'll be sitting a test for them this September. It says that they use Maths, English, NVR and VR similar to GL assessment multiple choice. I want to get him up to speed as he recently didn't pass the RGS Guilsford pretest and I don't want him to miss out due to lack of preparation. Are the GL asseszment paperz they talk about the 11+ ones or a higher level one and does anyone know of any free downloads for this type of test

Hi Labro,
I think you can get what practise you need by buying Bond papers 11-12 and common entrance. If IPS do similar, they would also be worth a look.
Have a look at the 11+ forum for links to schools that show past papers.

I'd also strongly advise you to pick up a good guide to KS2 and KS3 English and Maths. Letts do them, I think. Make sure your DS has done all of KS2 and has familiarity with KS3 maths problems.

All of this can be bought on Amazon.

Reeds is not as tough as RGS. RGS is usually in top three independent boys' schools in the country, Reeds is more like top 50.
