Independent schools in esher for boys

I'm looking for an independent school in the esher/cobham area of cobham for DS1 who is 8 (moving to the area in new year). He is passionate, confident, sporty and very bright....but he is also very opinionated, likes to challenge authority and can exhibit a lazy streak when asked to do things he finds pointless (i.e write neatly, perform repetitive tasks). While he thrives academically (e.g. Gets top marks in his exams) and on the playing field at his current school his behaviour has become more disruptive and I think that a nurturing, kind, "be a good egg" ethos is wasted on him (and I am at my wits end trying to get him to conform)....Any suggestions for a school that will suit his spiky character? While I don't want to encourage the maverick streak I don't want all his edges smoothed off as this is what makes him unique! (and underneath it all, he's a good kid)....I also need to find a prep prep school for ds2 who is the polar opposite of ds1 (kind, diligent and people pleasing!!).... Any suggestions?

He might thrive at ACS. They do the International Baccalaureate throughout.
