Curriculum for Excellence (Scotland) - S1-S6 - what's your Education Authorities stance?

Hi - I'm really concerned in the recent change in speed and method of CfE implementation in our region.

As parents we have been told by our LEA that a specific method of implemenation will be followed, which effectively dictates that a maximum of 6 N5's will be taken at the end of S4 (this will affect students currently in S2).

We have also been told that this is what all the LEA's across Scotland have signed up to.

Is this really the case??? What's happening nationally - please let me know whats happening in your region.
