Oxford Reading Tree - where to buy the books online ?

Does anyone know of a good online bookshop that sells the ORT books ?

Have tried Amazon, RedHouse and The Book People - they each have some - but not the ones I'm after !

There are some on ebay - but again not the ones I want !

Thanks

Try abebooks - also have a look on ORT website.

Personnaly, I wouldn't buy them, I'd spend the money on some interesting books at the same level to compliment the stage the child has reached. Children can quickly get bored of ORT and then reading can become a chore. Or, you could ask at your library (our librarian suggested lots of good things we could borrow for free which helped with reading for my unwilling son!)

if all fails you can always try ebay and get them at a bargain price! But am with Bearsmum I'd leave the ORT for the school to provide!

Are you really, really, really sure you want to buy them. They are so uninspiring. Usborne do a good range of First Readers children's books, fiction and non fiction and I am sure there are lots of other publisher's that do much better books than ORT.

(I never even take the ORT books my dd has from nursery out of her book bag, they go back unread)

I have stages 6 and 7 that DS has outgrown. I got the off eBay, let me know if you're interested.

Cristina 7 - if scatterbrain doesn't want them (don't want to poach) I would be interested in them. Could you let me know how many of each stage you have and how much you want for them please?

Hi - thanks for the offer - but it is for a birthday present - so I want new ones.

I think I have 5/6 in one set and 6/6 in another set. The one missing is somewhere in the house and I no doubt will come across it at some later stage. Would £8 and £10 respectively for the set sound fine? P&P inclusive. If you're interested I'll dig them out and tell you exactly which they are. I think they are the main series, not the More Stories Packs A and B. They are in VGC.

That should read 5 out of 6 and 6 out of 6.
