Primary school help needed

Hi folks, can anyone help recommend a good primary school in and around the Carlisle area please? I've got to move there during the summer with my son who is 7. We're moving from northern ireland so it is quite daunting for me. He's had a bad year and I would like to send him somewhere really good where he can regain his confidence. Oh and definately not a religious school please. I'd be super grateful for any recommendations, thank you
