Items not received from seller. Opened a case in paypal after waiting as long as possible, and as seller was not responding to email. She replied through paypal wanting my address again. When I sent it through ebay she says she hasnt recieved it.

Can anyone tell me if its ok to send your address through paypal? would appreciate it thanks!

She should be able to access your address details from ebay and paypal without you having to email them to her.

WRT security - I'm not sure, sorry!

Thanks! that helps. I shall tell her. She is resending items she says she sent (i never got them) so I wasnt sure if my address somehow wasnt avaliable anymore if she had indeed already sent them! I dont seem to be the only one with items not received and no replies to emails- have now learnt to read the feedback comments before buying from seller!

I've just looked and I can definitely still access addresses of items that have been dispatched and feedback left etc.

I hope you receive your item.

I'm not very good at checking feedback unless there are lots of negs. If I didn't receive my item, the seller refunded and was friendly etc I'd leave them positive feedback so I wouldn't always see that a seller had 'lost' items in the post before iyswim (I'm so rubbish at getting my point across!!).

thanks mogs thats very helpful to know! i saw lots of neutrals so checked why and it was items not received. would tend to leave a positive myself whenever the seller sorts it and is friendly, just this has gone on for 6 weeks and she doesnt reply to emails!
