Does the pay pal / royal mail website not let sellers post second class?

I prefer to post my cheap e-bay stuff second class but I can't see a second class option on the Royal Mail website that paypal links to. Am I missing it or do they not given the option. I've been out of pocket a couple of times now as I listed as second but the website would only let me pay for first.

It's annoying isn't it... Go straight to the Royal Mail website instead of following the link from PayPal, and you then get the option of 2nd class.
