been conned.........is there anything i can do?

i bought a washing machine off ebay that stated it was in perfect working order.the guy delivered it and it doesnt work.i rang the guy who said he would come round to see if he could try and fix it or take it away and he hasnt.i have been well and truely conned.
to make matters worse this is the 3rd washing machine we have bought that doesnt work.they are all sitting in the kitchen,i have a 3year old dd and am 27 weeks pregnant with dd2.i have to do all my washing in the bath.i have now spent over 125pounds on washing machines that dont work.
im so upset.is there anything i can do about this?

Report him to ebay straight away and also to Paypal, if you paid through them.

If you paid by cash, there is almost nothing you can do unfortunately
