Is it correct that listing fees for baby clothing are higher than other clothing?

I'm in the middle of listing something in the baby category and it's coming up with a listing fee of 95p, as opposed to the free listing in the boys clothing category. Is this right? I'm wondering if somehting is going wrong because it's only an auction with a 99p start and that never usually generates a listing fee of 95p....

look through the listing and check that you haven't included any extras like photos

have you included gallery plus?

I haven't used any extras - no gallery plus... as soon as I switch the category from Baby to CLothing the 95p instantly disappears.

double check that the box for gallery plus isn't auto-filled when you are on the baby listing - I've heard this sometimes happens

Glitch? Or do you have multi categories selected? I've been listing lots in the baby category at 0.99 and not charged...

OK, well that's just bizarre. I saved it before I posted on here and just went back to check the things you both just suggested but it's suddenly gone back to a zero fee without me changing anything at all! Must have been some weird litlte glitch at the time...

I found that it switched me onto 'advance sell' or some such when you 'start selling'. It seems more expensive. If this is the case, just switch back.

mine keeps doing this on turbo lister - gallery plus keeps ticking itself for certain items. And picture pack keeps ticking itself too (it seems to be picture pack that whacks on the 95p charge). Very annoying as I don't always spot it and have sometimes paid 95p to list 99p items

saltcod, aha, that's it!!! It was the picture pack! The picture pack is free in some categories (eg. clothing) but not in others (eg. baby) and it had automatically ticked picture pack for me! Brilliant, thanks

Tinkjon, I didn't realise it was free in clothing but not other categories! I was forever unticking it, saving, going back in, finding it ticked again, unticking it again etc etc...

Thank you too
