I bought some boots and paid so much postage and her postage costs was for 1st class recorded.

I received the boots today and the have come as just 1st class standard at a 3rd of the postage costs.

I left her positive feedback saying pleased with item but charged for recorded when wasnt. She then emailed me straight away saying she did send recorded and gave me the tracking number to a complety different address. I explained this and she has said she is reporting me to ebay for unfair feedback????

Is there anything I can do?

She's not going to get anywhere reporting you to eBay for unfair feedback, especially as you left positive feedback.

Oh, and now she is saying that the recorded slip must of come off but I have signed for it.

I havent bloody signed for anything.

I dont know why she is kicking up such a fuss, if I had left neutral or a neg, then yes, but by the christ, this is way over the top!!!

I'd send her a final message along the lines of - sorry that you are upset about your factual positive feedback. Mistakes can be made by anyone and so I guess you are lucky that on this occasion you didn't get a buyer who claimed non-receipt as you would have no tracking number to prove otherwise and would have to give a full refund. I would appreciate a refund for the difference between the service I paid for and the service you actually provided. I shall not be continuing any further communications other than this. regards .....

What amounts are we talking here?
You can report her to Ebay if her p+p charges differ hugely from the actual cost.
Did the parcel have the actual cost on it?
Before leaving fb I would have emailed her to ask for a partial refund.
