Just tried to see a couple of things on ebay and one of my auctions has been stopped.

Ebay sent me an email saying....
"190298980898 - Virgin Media V+ Plus Box with Cable Modem and Remote

Why did we remove your listing?

Virgin media boxes may not be sold on eBay.Please do not relist"

But I have seen loads of these for sale on Ebay and in the complete listing too

I think the boxes still belong to virgin and you are only renting them. Certainly I had to give the box back when I moved house and also when my mum died.

It's not like sky where you actually seem to own the box.

Daisy, Not so with the V+ boxes. The simple cable box are returnable but you have to buy the V+ boxs for £150, then the cable customer owns the box abd you get to keep it.

It might be that Virgin is one of the companies that does not allow its goods to be sold on ebay.
Anything Man united is banned, and as a knitter its really obvious that Debbie Bliss wool isn't sold on there anymore.
Some companies just like their goods sold through either their own outlets or agents and not via ebay.
