Right, there is no brand option for Kew. So how are you searching for everyone else's items?

Are you typing Kew into the keywords box?

if you have got the word kew in the title it'll come up with a keyword search. If it is in the brand box, you'll need to type kew into the seacrh box under 'other'.

Brands and keywords are different kind of searches.

keyword means someone used kew in their title or description.

Brand (box on left) means they ticked a brand when they listed iyswim.
