A week ago today I won and paid for an item, it is being sent by RM next day and when it hadn't arrived by saturday I sent a message to ask if it had been sent and if not could they let me know when it was (mainly so that I could try to be in for it). I've not had a response to this and so emailed them directly yesterday, still no reply and whilst I know that people aren't always online everyday I've waited since saturday for either a message or the item and neither has arrived. The item is for a xmas gift so I don't know what to do, I've never had any problems on ebay before, I know I can contact ebay about it but is it reasonable for me to do it now or should I wait longer?
TIA

I once listed something on e-bay & forgot about it & went on holiday for 3 weeks, buyer was obviously VERY upset & gave me negative feed back (it was a minor item). Was it an expensive item? Give it another day or so before contacting E-bay, there's still time before Xmas.

Why don't you request the sellers contact details and phone them? It may be that your emails are not getting through, or they are having internet problems. A week is not unreasonable to wait for an item (especially at this time of year when the post takes a bit longer), but it would do no harm to call them.

Yes it was I've paid £70 incl postage, I think thats what I'm more worried about, I don't have that kind of money to lose . I think I'll leave it until tomorrow (have got to work in a bit anyway) and if there's still no reply I'll try and work out what to do on ebay. Thanks

Sorry sarah xposted. I know a week isn't long to wait but like I said it's being sent next day delivery so if it's been posted before last night/today it should have been here today really iyswim, its just the lack of contact that worries me I even put in my msgs that I wasn't bothered by a delay in sending but could they just contact me to let me know.

YOu can start a paypal dispute, t may kick her into action! You can always cancel the dispute if teh item arrives.
