Which do you find worse - unsold or sold for 99p?

A few of my items just ended at 99p, as they did last week end. Most of them I'm happy to get rid of to free up a bit of space but one item went tonight for 99p and I was really disappointed. I know it's the gamble I take starting at 99p (so I shouldn't moan!) but I would have prefered it to go unsold!!

I don't start at 99p, tbh. I start at the lowest amount that wouldn't really piss me off -- that way if you only get one bidder, you're still above your pain threshold.

Sundays are usually a good day, but maybe a bit too close to Christmas now for auctions? I'm holding off until Feb now.

I started at amounts that wouldn't piss me off too much, but having wrapped 10 items in bubblewrap today when they got bids on, I have to admit I was hacked off when a crappy car got a bid at the last second and sold for 49p...

Off to wrap it...

I have been selling alsorts and yes it pisses me off, but on the other hand it would only be going to the charity shop so if I sell 10 items for 99p its nearly £10 in my pocket I didn't have. I am selling off loads of cellophane bags and some are being bought on buy it now and some are risking bidding the 99p and losing them. As far as I am concerned they are selling so I don't even really check the price.

I did sell a pram quilt I hand made for my DS for 99p and I was mighty pissed off at that, as it was gorgeous.
