Can I ban a bad buyer from bidding?

Hi, I've been selling my dc's old clothes to make a bit of extra cash for christmas and tbh i'm getting a bit peed off with the amount of people that are bidding on my stuff, winning an item and then failing to pay for it.

This week alone i've had to open 2 disputes for non payment one of which has now been paid 9 days after the auction ended. What I really want though is to stop this person from bidding on any items that I list in the future. Is there any way I can do this??

Yes, you can add them to a blocked list although I can't now remember how! Somewhere in Selling Preferences I guess.
