I am new to ebay selling and had a pushchair on there due to finish Sunday. I had a 'Buy it now' price and today got an email to say it had been sold. Thats the good news. Then I went to send the invoice and got this message:
Checkout Blocked
We are sorry. Checkout is not available at this time since the registered status of the buyer has been blocked. The suspended user should resolve any outstanding complaints on file.
I emailed the person, no reply. I have also emailed Ebay no reply so far. I presume this means I can't transact with this person so should I just put the pushchair back on and will I have to pay to re-list when its not my fault! Or how long should I give the buyer to pay. Advice gratefully received.
