AvenaLife Thu 28-Aug-08 01:14:49

And here if you can't be bothered to go to court.

Thanks I was considering moneyclaim online
It would appear that there are no time limits?!

I must do this I just don't want to use my name and address and don't know what to do

AvenaLife Thu 28-Aug-08 01:18:34

Contract would be 6 years if my memory serves me correctly.

You have to use your name and address, they need them for the court.

What's the problem?

Can't you do a dispute through Ebay?

How much did she screw you out of?

1dilemma Thu 28-Aug-08 01:34:25

No she dithered until the 14 days were up I complained to e-bay got a crappy e-mail in response

About £40

1dilemma Thu 28-Aug-08 01:35:04

Not huge in the grand scheme of things but more than I want to give a cheating lier....

AvenaLife Thu 28-Aug-08 01:38:12

Hmm. So she's got your address anyway? Did you go through paypal?

Did you sell or buy? What was it?

I'm going to look at this tomorrow for you. I'm starting to get blurry eyed and ca't see the screen properly. Don't worry, I'll think of something. smile

AvenaLife Thu 28-Aug-08 01:39:03

It's the principle, I understand. £40 is alot though, that's my weekly food bill!

Thanks night

I did paypal again outside 14 days not interested

AvenaLife Thu 28-Aug-08 01:43:17

Ok. If you write down what happened and what she said I'll look over the ebay contract and paypal contract and see if they apply.

I'm not a solicitor by the way but I do have a degree in Law.
