maximum amount bid!!! Help

My ds has been watching a game and with my knowledge has keyed a max bid of £2.57, & confirmed it, however it's saying it's £257, what do I do ????

You can withdraw a bid made in error - someone will probably be along ion a minute to tell you how because I can't remember. I'll find out for you if nobody knows off the top of their heads. How long til the auction closes? It'll only go high if someone's bidding against you anyway - which seems unlikely, so I wouldn't worry.

I don't know exactly how to do it, but if you do a search on Ebay for 'retract bid' it will point you in the right direction.
