Unfair unpaid item strikes!

I put offers in for two items from the same seller, on the assumption that they'd combine postage, as in both item descriptions they said "message me before paying for combined postage". I've messaged three times asking for an involve for combined postage, they've ignored it and now opened two unpaid item cases for each item!

If I do not pay and get unpaid item strikes will I have a chance of getting rid of them on appeal?

I really don't want unpaid item strikes, I use eBay loads (very well, might I add!) and don't want restrictions on my account!

I've had this exact issue before. I contacted EBay customer services who closed the unpaid item cases for me so nothing went against my account. Good luck!
