Hi, wonder if you can help me. Slight cash flow prob at the moe and being as i am heavily pregnant and obviously not working, i need to find alternative means to make some cash. Where do people get bits to sell on ebay to make a profit? Have been through and sold any bits lying around no longer needed and now need to find some more items. Any suggestions? Have tried charity shops but they tend to be ebay prices anyway so no profit there!
Thanks

Friends or family got anything they no longer want that you could sell?

I could tell you, but then I'd have to shoot you
only kidding...obviously.

It's not that easy tbh. Like you have found out, charity shops are expensive to start with. carboots are a bit hit and miss.

be careful if buying job lots or pallets - most are a con.

Try to think of things you wouldn't usually think of - yeah yeah like that makes sense Stuff like old magazines and newspapers can sell. Old ikea catalogues can sell too. Ask around, as has been suggested.

Any good at crafts? have a look on ebay at what already sells - wooden name plaques? for eg.
Also, look on ebay and see what clothes sell well, that wouldn't immediately be obvious. Evans East Coast sells quite well and can be bought fairly cheaply in charity shops. Same goes for large size womens shoes.
Look through the want it now section, esp videos - make a note then wander round the charity shops. Lots of leg work, but could be worth it.

Sorry there isn't an easy answer
