Cancelling sale as seller

What's the best way for me to cancel this sale? I had a number of auctions end at the weekend for collection and one buyer appears to be a time waster - very difficult to get communication and was "off" when I finally heard from him. Eventually said he would collect yesterday so I provided the address and directions and asked for an idea of time, at which point I would normally provide a phone number, but he didn't respond and never turned up. I've kept all communication to the message centre.

He hasn't paid btw as it was listed for cash on collection.

Report the buyer to ebay.

I've just done that, thank you. I think it's a case of they can't be bothered to make a three hour round trip for a low value, but bulky item. In which case I'd rather they'd just said they'd changed their mind.

Just go into the sales record and select cancel sale > issue with the sellers address.
