It is a small ( but important ) football top that ds and i have put up for £12 . With free postage.
Some one wants to know the postage to Israel.
Even before i looked i joke with ds thet it would be more than what we are selling for !
How do we do this ??

Post office will weigh it and tell you how much it will cost

I would make sure you use some kind of signed for service - in Israel, packages aren't delivered to your home: you get a card and have to go to the post office to collect it. Signed for obviously costs more, but makes them keep a better eye on it and also gives you piece of mind.

Don't bother. It's more hassle than it's worth. I opted out of the global shipping programme, you can do it in settings on the desktop site.

Thank you. That was my first thought when i saw the message. It is my fault we put it world wide. It was down for UK but not getting any interest.

Do i just reply and say " sorry we cannot post it to Israel "
Dont want to loose out good name !

You can loose your good name if the potential buyer hasn't bought the item.
They can't leave feedback unless they have purchased something form you. Just say I don't post abroad. Then change your account settings on the desktop site. It's under site preferences. That automatically rules out buyers from abroad. They can message you I think but can't bid or buy it now.
