Need help - how on earth do I change my address details with paypal?

I have moved house. I have managed succesfully to change my address on just about everything, including ebay. I also managed to change one address on paypal, but it will not let me change the address which my debit card is registered to. It keeps coming up saying "unable to verify this address, please refer to atuomatic email we sent you" (which I would if they had sent one). I phoned paypal, which in itself was a disaster. No offence to any americans out here, but my goodness I had problems understanding him. He (eventually) said that I had to go back to my bank and ask them why they hadn't changed the address the card is registered to - well they have. So I called again and am still none the wiser.

Also the bank told me that paypal had tried to take 5 payments of £2.50 each out of my account, so I need to call them again.

Anyone got any ideas how I can change the address?

Thanks for all replies. i ended up having to cancel the card and my old address. Then I had to re-enter my card details with my new address. I then had to verify it, paypal phoned me and I had to enter a 4 digit code, then hang up. i did this, and guess what? It didn't verify, so I now have to wait 10-15 days for a letter to arrive, which I then have to send back to them before I can use paypal again!
