Not ebay but depop. Buyer has opened a case for not received and my money is on hold. I have tracking number and tracking says delivered and signed for. I have gone to paypal dispute and responded and added tracking number. New to depop so didn't add tracking to paypal at the time as usually do this on ebay not PP. My question is at the bottom of paypal dispute resolution page it says "escalate" - do I do this or is that only for the buyer? Item bought and sent in July and case opened today!! Obviously a scammer and was a bit odd at time of purchase.
