Not ebay but depop. Buyer has opened a case for not received and my money is on hold. I have tracking number and tracking says delivered and signed for. I have gone to paypal dispute and responded and added tracking number. New to depop so didn't add tracking to paypal at the time as usually do this on ebay not PP. My question is at the bottom of paypal dispute resolution page it says "escalate" - do I do this or is that only for the buyer? Item bought and sent in July and case opened today!! Obviously a scammer and was a bit odd at time of purchase.

Yes as long as you have uploaded the tracking details which show item as delivered then escalate the case, it will be decided in your favour.

Make sure you making tracking clear

Would escalate it so they review it quicker

Have done it. It has been a while since I have had a scammer. All the signs..odd questions at the time, waits over 2 months to open the case - obviously thinking I might have lost any tracking details. This is exactly why I keep them in folders for each month and hold on to them for 6 months. Found it within a couple of minutes! Now I know I can add the tracking direct to paypal I will for depop. It isn't as obvious as on ebay transactions. Hopefully it will get sorted out soon. cheers again x
