I'm not having much luck with eNay at the moment. This bag was described as being used once and in excellent condition. Except for... I've attached pictures of where the long strap has come away and the stitching is loose.

WIBU to return this? I bought this bag because I had one that I loved and the same thing happened with the long strap. I thought this was new or almost new which is why I bought it :(
