After seeing some rancid looking shoes being sold for £££. I have put my slippers up www.ebay.co.uk/itm/191872228008
If they sell I will do it full time lol.
I haven't made the listing as 'bad' as some I have seen as I cannot be bothered to set up a new account.

You do know why they go for £££ I assume? Shock

I think you're supposed to model them and offer alternatives in the description after you?

Some people like that sort of thing.

You could start a MN Orange is the new black style production line for old worn out slippers.

I am clearly missing a trick here. Is this all this involves, wearing old shoes, making a slightly risqué description then you make £60?! Or am I missing sonething

Holy moly Batman, they are at £62!!!!
Wish i'd known before I binned my old stinky work boots.

Oh my word there are some strange people out there.

Still I suppose in the grand scheme of things a stinky shoe fetish is fairly harmless Grin

You need photos with your feet in them. And one with your foot just going in. And you need to say that you love them so much that you haven't stopped wearing them yet and you will be wearing them until they are sold. Most importantly you should have the word trashed in the title.

I only know this from reading the threads on here!

I'm adding trashed to my listing!

There are definitely some odd souls out there. I've got several pairs of old shoes lurking in the cupboard under the stairs - maybe I should get in on the act too. Could do with a bit of extra cash!

This is easy money, surely?? I'm off to hunt out some old smelly trainers and to try my luck.

They've been worn "hunched over the stepper machine, and may have accidentally got splashed with my sweat" or something like that....

i have TWO bin bags full of dodgy shoes waiting to go to the tip

and a beautifully tidy shoe cupboard....but, really? Ebay?

one shoe on, and one shoe off?? Bare feet or stockinged feet? Pumps? High Heels?

I found these out the wardrobe but I fear they are too clean... I might traipse about the garden in them a bit and hopefully my waters will break whilst wearing them 😅

Is this code for I'll hand deliver them and spank you with them? £62. I am agog! And, that yellow nail polish is rank!

I saw trashed go walks the other day. This is probably even more niche dps of mn s&b posters
You read my mind op, Dd18 was telling me not to chuck out her rancid, trashed converse. Bet I could pay for a new pair if I model them properly (with my corns and wonky toenails)

Do they really go for that much? I'm perplexed. Is it just the slippers? Is this a code for something else?

I supposed you'd have to put up with all sorts of messages.
The link shoes have a top bidder who is new, so doubt they'd get that amount for them but there's the other bidder with over 1900 stars so they'll get at least £50 for them more than likely.

VulcanWoman · 14/05/2016 18:55

To get those high prices they'd be lots of messages back forth.

My friend sold a pair of heels. Thought nothing of it until she got a filthy email from the seller which then said he would pay good money for more shoes.

She blocked him but he persisted for a while through other email addresses etc

From the buyer not the seller!!
