Removing gallery plus charge

Hello

It's been driving me mad but I can't figure out how to remove the gallery plus charge from everything, it was doing it for everything but now just for certain things, tried following instructions online but it's not giving me the options that the instructions state. That's on the eBay app and the mobile version (haven't tried on a computer) anyone any ideas?

If you're just using an app to list, I imagine you will need to use a PC.

However, from my experience eBay only auto selects gallery plus when they offer it for free. If you have to pay for it, then you have to select it manually by ticking a box in the final page where you finalise the listing.

Saying that though, I only use a PC to list so maybe it's different with an app?

Thanks for the reply. I bet it's that then as there's no box to tick when I finalise it just says list with fees then says
Insertion: free
Gallery plus:£2.50
I will try my laptop tomorrow and see if it sorts itself
