Sellers bank wont accept payment - saying its dodgy

my friend bought something from ebay yesterday using my account although we did put her address as delivery address. However she went to the bank today to pay the funds into the sellers account and the bank wont accept funds - they said its a dodgy account. So she's asked me to email the vendor and cancel. Ive been diplomatic and said that her husband had already found one. however, where do i personally stand on this?
