How long should i wait for Poatage price to be adjusted ?

Won 4 pairs or school trousers for my Ds on Saturday & I have let the seller know that I am waiting for the P&P to be combined as she stated in description as it certainly doesn't cost £12 P&P
So how long should I wait ?

It specified on the Description that multiple items would be given a P&P discount

go to pay now and then click on the request total from seller button.
