Ebay excess P&P, but I can't mark down as "free".

How do sellers change the postage to "free" (even though it's not) to avoid being marked down for it?

I bid on and win 3 items, seller reduces P&P a little to send together, but it's still excessive. Anyway, when I try to leave feedback, I cannot give her low stars as it's "free".

Quite annoying.

I have seen this - tried to do postage feedback and it said was free, when it wasn't!

Maybe open a case just to see what the seller and ebay say, I would like to know too!
