Hi
I've recently started to buy and sell specialist literature through eBay and have had no problems until now. During my last lot of sales (I tend to list several items in one go every week, so they all start and finish together) I sold a pair of items to a buyer in France. He wasn't particularly quick in paying but when he did, I sent them off and they arrived without any problems. He was happy and I had no issue with selling to him again.
I listed again over the weekend (just four items) and then had a message yesterday off him explaining he was having problems bidding on one of my items. For some reason it won't let him bid for it. He can bid on my other items (and he has on one other) but for some reason it won't let him on this particular one... I admit to messing with the international buyer settings the other day to try and block all buyers from Italy (after reading the advice on here) but cleared those exclusions yesterday after his first message in an attempt to sort it. Anyway message has come back today - problem still not solved - so any advice would be gratefully received, thanks in advance :)
