What happens to my final value fees when I refund

I have partially refunded an item and noticed that paypal fees are recalculated. Does that happen with Ebay's FVFs too? Thanks

No, Ebay only refunds FVF (-20p) if buyer agrees to cancel or if you file a NPB case.

Ahh no. So when I refund postage I am not reclaiming that part of the FVF?

you don't pay fvf on postage.

Well, you DO pay FVF on postage if you undercharge buyer for postage like I did!!
Um, any amount of refund comes out of your share of the profits, OP. Ebay charges you FVF even if you do a full refund, unless you can file NPB or buyer agrees to cancel.
