Negative feedback I think - though they might be generous and not bother. We live and learn! You gave it to a good cause anyway, that was a kind thing to do.
Oh and next time cancel the listing after you decide to give it away!!
I should think that because it was only 99p, and went to a good cause, the person will just let it go- it is hardly worth making a fuss about. It is just something to bear in mind with eBay - the busy time is in the last few minutes.
yes if you have no bids.
you can't end a listing if there are less than 12 hours to run.
Oh sorry I thought you could if there were no bids. I was sure I did that once.
hereit says if you have a bid you can't.
you can if you cancel any bids first.
yes I don't think OP had any bids.
Thing is, they will suspect that you are fibbing because you didn't want to sell it for 99p. You should have pretended that it was posted and then say it got lost in the post (Just joking by the way before I get flamed)
hopefully they're an mner!
Problem is that some sellers do that to avoid selling it at a low price. I once got a new pair of children skis for £5 and paid immediately ...... No skis!!!If he feels that way then he will post a negative feedback, but hey it's no biggie and nothing to worry yourself with.
Sorry but I would probably not believe you and be very tempted to leave a negative as non performing seller as i would think you just did not want to sell ayt 99p
