Looked at my feedback today and have been left negative from a buyer

Am majorly pissed off as the buyer hasn't contacted me about the issues you wrote in feedback

I think if you contact them, you may be able to resolve whatever issue they have had & they can therefore revise their feedback on you.

What was the negative feed back about?
Was the buyer being honest or not?
I've left negative feedback before when I was really cross that an item I had purchased was not as described at all! I probably should have contacted the seller, but I just wanted to make my anger known.
Find out what the problem was, if you don't already know. You may have to just accept the feedback though.

Have had contact with buyer and she says she left the feedback on the wrong item

you can also reply to feedback

at some point it is not going to be possible to leave negative feedback without trying top resolve according to ebay i think this autumn
