My item was returned by Royal Mail - no card put through door

Yes you can, escalate it to customer services & you'll get a refund, as when they provide tracking info it will show its been retutned to sender.

I bought a game through eBay, I didn't receive it although it was marked as dispatched. Left plenty of time before I got in touch with the seller who informed me that the tracking code on the package (was sent recorded) said an attempt had been made to deliver it and a card had been left. No card was left. I contacted the sorting office who said it had been returned to sender. I've emailed the seller twice, no response.

What can I do? Can I raise a dispute on this, after all he did post it?
