Apologies if this is a well-known problem but I haven't encountered it before. I always pay for all my Ebay purchases immediately, but I've just committed to buy something and as soon as I click through to PayPal I get a message telling me an error has occurred.
I've never had this before so I can't work out what's going on. Can anyone shed light?
