Buyer with good feedback?

... And then you take a look and all the positives are really non payment stories. But by leaving feedback, on the face of it has lots of good feedback. This happened to me last week to. At least I know how to do an unpaid item report now. Is it me or has eBay a bit weird at the moment? I've never known it to be as bad as this before!

Account settings, site preferences, buyer requirements, press on edit and it's in there.

You can also block bidders on there from outside the UK if you don't wish to post internationally.

I had a non payer the other day, filed a non payment dispute which went through and the buyer never paid but then eBay wouldn't give me the opportunity to leave feedback, saying I couldn't as they buyer hadnt paid and I was gagging to leave a comment (I know it would of been under a positive mark, but still) to warn others. How do these sellers get to leave feedback? Leave it before the unpaid item case is closed?

you aren't allowed to leave a neg statement under a positive rating for a buyer.

I had one of those recently. I was selling a Fossil handbag, her feedback was all positive, but once I had a look through I saw that every time she bought a bag (say, every four or five auctions she'd won) she never paid for it, and the "positive" feedback was actually negative. No idea why she was paying for everything else but never the bags she was winning, but I gave her the 8 days grace period, sent her messages, she'd reply and promise she'd pay the following Saturday but of course the money never arrived.

If she's 'buying' bags but never paying she might have another account selling bags and is knocking out the competition. I've had this with baby stuff. Utterly crap.

Argh toddler, that's so rubbish. She buys a lot of junk "vintage" and household goods, I reckon she's either got a shop or she's selling it on some other way, sales or ebay/gumtree. Pretty annoying when you're a SAHM selling some shoes/a bag/baby gear!

at the end of the day a buyer cannot have negative feedback, ebay have made that impossible. I think the buyer has another selling I.D which means people cannot see what they paid for the items in the first place.

Thanks, have blocked a couple after reading this.

Really can't be doing with the hassle.

I always have to google for the links to block bidders. Can't remember procedures for toffee.

This is the link to block bidders.

And from there follow the link that says

"Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page"
