I sold ds's old netbook a few weeks back, new/other because it had been opened but not used. its not powerful enough for him to play games etc on, so we gave him our old laptop.
anyway, I've received a message from the buyer saying that it shows signs of wear and tear and they are having problems with the internet. I found the manual shortly after posting (I thought it was in the box) and have posted it off to them. They are now saying that if they cant get the internet to work they dont want it. I know the internet works, but its very low spec (I put the specs in the listing and it was clear that its a very basic machine, but it was very cheap) and I've a feeling that they bought it, expecting it to be faster/better quality. and will try to send it back.
I have a no returns policy and dont sell much, I have offered to refund some money as a good will gesture for "wear and tear" (which I am certain there was none, but it may have happened in transit) but cant afford to refund it all at the moment.
what can I do?
