auction winner does not want item, what happens now?

i put a boys coat on ebay, the winner bid at the very last minute, but now says they didn't check the size and it's too small, and could i offer it to the next bidder via second chance offer. i've done that, but the other bidder says they don't want it now either.

have emailed auction winner and told them this, but now they are not responding. what do i do next? am really cross with this bidder as they have just rendered the auction null and void

really annoying. i have the opposite prob, bought something and now seller won't sell!

ebay is really pissing me off right now
