What feedback for this sale?

I bought a lunchbox and two cups from Ebay.

They were used but they are in awful condition. The cup has been broken and glued together!!

If you got a full refund what feedback would you leave?

Seller needs to thoroughly check what she's selling before she uses eBay as some are clearly destined for the bin, and the seller needs to describe items properly as returning for a refund is a pain in the ass.

Positive or neutral saying

"Items in poor condition, full refund given, thanks."

I would leave a neutral saying

items broken & badly repaired, only fit for the bin - but refund was received

and appropriate stars I reckon

'not as expected, however, full refund given'

What makes me laugh is that she is denying it is glued! If you could see how obvious it is you would laugh- I did.

Don't know how she thought she was going to get away with it!

Thankyou for your responses.

I agree - the cheek of some sellers :)

Going to do a neutral so I can warn others. If she had not lied i would have left a postitive or none.

Still shaking my head that she thought a buyer would not question a badly glued cup!!!!

I think you are right to leave a neutral.
