Go to 'Advanced Search' (next to the 'buy' search box), and select "show items within X miles radius of XXX Postcode.

Yes. There should be a column on the left or 'filter options' on your phone where you can narrow down the distance to the seller. I think the shortest distance is about 10 miles.
