I listed some clothes and shoes last night and used buy it now for the first time. I was hoping to sell it as quickly as possible , as I really need the space. Now Im not sure if the prices are ok. Can I change the price even though I have watchers ? I have also put an auction start price for 99p on everything. An example is a pair of brand new ladies Joules trousers with tags with a buy it now of £9.50. They were about £40 new. Ive got 3 watchers. I guess they are just hoping to get them cheaper by waiting for the auction ? Advice or thoughts gratefully received !

yes you can change buy it now price if there are only watchers

if you have started at 99p with buy it now price, if a bidder puts in 99p and there are no other bidders they will win at that price, and the buy it now option will vanish.

most bidders bid within the last minutes, so you won't know until the very end.

Thank you fergoose. I probably should have just put a buy it now price and not done the auction. I cant change the price of the starting bid now can I ? Oh heck this is more complicated than I thought.

I think you can still change it, but your fees may go up

Is worth it if you don't want something selling for 99p.
