add extra for paypal

just looking at an item - its quite big but they will let you arrange a courier - but they are saying that they want extra for paypal payment - I don't see how they can enforce it through - the seller is fairly new to ebay

They are not meant to. If you message Ebay they will remove it as goes against policy.

no they are not allowed to, it was banned years ago. They are also daft asking you to arrange courier. They will still have to pack item and wait for courier to arrive. And they won't have a tracking number to prove delivery of the item either.
