Can anyone help me with refunds please.

I bought some bedding from a retailer on e bay last week. On arrival it was really horrible. I sent them a message saying this and they agreed to a refund. I have since had a message from the retailer saying he has refunded the money. Also had a e mail from paypal saying the money has been refunded (£59.99).
Trouble is I can't find it anywhere. It's not showing in my paypal account or my bank account. There is a paypal credit in my bank account but it's only for £7.69.
Can anyone tell me where it should go and also if I can't find it how do I contact paypal to take further action.

the money will be sent back to where it came from, but can take couple of days to show in your account

log into paypal, find the original payment you made and click on it - it should then show it has been refunded.
