Bought a lovely old frame but its arrived all smashed.

The seller always takes ages to reply in this kind of situation (because they are crying). If no reply than you need to contact the resolution centre. Do you want to keep the frame? Then get a cost for replacing the glass and ask for a part refund perhaps.

If the whole thing is broken, make a pile of all the little bits , leave a big turd on the top and package the whole lot up and Return to Sender.

open a not as described case with ebay - select other for resolution and type in refund.

offer the seller photos if necessary

It wasn't packed that well. The seller does frames all the time so they should know better. I reaaaally like the frame so maybe find out how much to replace the glass.
