claiming from Royal Mail?

my saga over the paypal reversal continues!

in the end i emailed paypal a few times asking what had happened and explained that i'd sent the item by normal post. for some reason the reversal didn't happen for the buyer and i've got the money.

however, the buyer has been in touch more recently saying item has not turned up (after 2 wks)?

to end this whole saga i think i should make a claim from Royal Mail and refund the buyer however the RM website isn't easy to navigate and i'm not sure how i go about this. i do have proof of postage so do i go to the post office i posted from and ask them??

any advice is much appreciated.
TIA

Claim form is the way forward the Post office you sent it from has no way of tracking your item.Depending on which service you used you should only need your proof of posting which insures the item for up to £39 if it was worth more it would have required additional services.
